About Liberacíon

The Origin Story

Liberación was founded to provide empowering training and consulting to individuals, businesses and organizations to create liberatory spaces by centering justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. Moreover, we aim to help you understand the needs of the Latine community.

Liberación specifically aims to work with nonprofits, governmental agencies and businesses to create a bridge between the Latine community of the Mid-South and connect them with the resources these organizations have to offer.

Our mission is to train people to think critically about the biases they may have, identify how those biases show up in the workplace, and create solutions to create a more inclusive, bias-free, work environment that promotes diversity. We achieve this mission by helping organizations understand the cultural nuances of the Latine community in Memphis, TN and across the Mid-South.
